This policy explains what we collect on engrahsan.com and what we do with it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the contact form or a quote request, we receive your name, phone, WhatsApp number, email if given, city, property type, message, and any calculator results you choose to send.
- Quotation responses. If you accept, decline or ask for changes to a quotation, we record your name, message, the time, your IP address and browser type.
- Basic technical data. Your IP address is used to block spam and limit repeated requests.
Cookies and storage
- eas_visitor: keeps the quotations you make in the free quotation maker private to your browser. It lasts up to one year.
- eas_session: keeps our staff signed in. It is only set for staff.
- Calculator inputs such as appliances and bill amounts are saved in your browser tab so they carry over between tools. Your name and phone are never stored this way.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, plan your system and prepare quotations. We do not sell or rent your information. The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes data on our behalf. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and quotations for as long as we need them for your project and our records.
