- DHA Islamabad. DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi published a solar installation policy that Zameen reported in 2022. It allowed up to 10 kW for houses up to 1 kanal and up to 20 kW for 2 kanal and above, with limits on panel height above the roof. Policies can change, so we confirm the current rules with DHA before finalising your design.
- Bahria Town. We are not aware of a single public solar guideline. Check with your phase's maintenance office before installation, especially for elevated structures visible from the street.
- Structure height and appearance are the most common concerns, so we plan tidy, low-profile structures where the rules require it.
What we usually design here
- Hybrid systems with battery backup so ACs, fridges, pumps and lights run through outages. Choose lithium or sodium-ion after checking inverter compatibility.
- Larger systems for 1 and 2 kanal houses with multiple air conditioners. Size them from your summer bills, within the society's limit.
